Solutions Architect
Take the models we run today and build them into a platform customers can use. You will write the production code, own the architecture, and do the unglamorous work that makes research code dependable.
Your contribution
What you will own.
Wrap our research models, harden them, and bring them into one platform with repeatable runs.
Build the data pipelines, APIs, and cloud infrastructure behind it, and keep them running.
Trace every lab result, with its provenance, back to the model run that proposed it.
Work with pilot customers on their data and integrations, and shape the roadmap from what they need.
Your experience
What you bring.
- You have a degree in physics, materials science, chemistry, or a related field, and enough depth to read the models you ship.
- You write strong Python, design clean APIs, and have deployed data pipelines on AWS or GCP.
- You have taken a technical product from early code to real users at a startup.
- You are happy doing the plumbing, from packaging and testing to data cleanup and the fixes nobody sees.
Nice to have
Experience with DFT or other electronic-structure codes, and with lab data such as XRD or transport measurements, is a plus.
Our work spans superconducting physics, materials software, and laboratory experiments. Customer programs and our own materials search run on the same platform.
