Charlie ran companies for twenty-five years before SuperMatics, fifteen of them as chief executive of KOPEX USA, the cable-protection line ABB carries. He leads IP, licensing, alliances, and the U.S.-Korea pipeline for SuperMatics and Hyunsung TNC.

Davis co-founded SuperMatics and built the platform with James. He earned dual degrees in Chemistry and Physics at UC Berkeley in three years. At Rigetti Computing, he built cryogenic cabling and thermal-management software that are still in production.

James developed the MEL framework behind our discovery research and co-built the SuperMatics platform. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and is chief technology officer of Hyunsung TNC in Suwon.

Waqas is at the QB3 / Berkeley Nanofabrication Center, the floor where what the search finds is first made and measured. He has built and advised deep-tech companies out of it for his whole career, has worked on the physics behind our discovery research, and worked with Davis on carbon-nanotube devices there before SuperMatics existed.

David took his Harvard Ph.D. in three years, has founded six companies of his own in oncology, cell therapy, and synthetic biology, and has spent thirty-five years in the industry. In 2017 he built BADASS Labs, the nonprofit incubator SuperMatics was accepted into, and he runs it as chief executive; its graduates succeed at 91%.
