What this website collects and where it goes.
Effective
Messages you send
The contact form collects your topic, name, email address, optional organization, and message. Careers inquiries use the same form or can be emailed to careers@supermatics.io. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
We use what you send to review your inquiry and respond. Form submissions are forwarded through Resend to the SuperMatics team mailbox configured for the form, which defaults to contact@supermatics.io. Your email address is used as the reply-to address. The website does not store submissions in a database.
If you contact us directly by email, your message and any information you include are received in our email system.
Hosting and abuse prevention
Vercel hosts this website and processes technical request information to deliver and secure it. To limit spam, our contact endpoint temporarily counts requests by IP address. The form also includes a hidden field to help reject automated submissions.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits and selected interactions, such as link clicks and whether a form submission succeeds. Vercel Speed Insights measures page performance. These services receive technical information such as the page URL, referrer, browser, device, and performance measurements. We do not send the contents of contact form fields as custom analytics events.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information is processed by the providers that help host the website, deliver messages, and measure its use, and by our team when handling your inquiry.
Cookies
The website does not set its own cookies for the contact form. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights do not use cookies to identify visitors.
